  Flaky, flaky, flaky. He mismanaged our financial documents, misplaced copies of other IMPORTANT information, and will not respond to e-mails in a timely manner. We got so frustrated with Hans that we left (with a bad taste in our mouth as well), and went elsewhere. I'm not sure if this is how First Priority functions as a whole, or if the fast and loose way of running this branch is due to Hans. Either way, it definitely didn't work for us.
  
  Maybe he would have been more "motivated" to stay on top of things, if we were able to get a larger loan...just sayin'!

  Hans is such a pleasure to work with. He was instrumental in helping me to get a wonderful rehab loan for a foreclosure house I purchased. His expert knowledge, honesty and humor all contributed to an excellent home buying experience. I especially appreciated his straight forward approach and genuine concern for my interest. This is the second home I have purchased with Han's expertise in getting the perfect loan. My real estate agent was so impressed with him that he continues to refer Hans clients! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house! Hans rocks!!!

  Hans made this whole process way less stressful than we had thought it was going to be. He answered all of my wife's questions and trust me she asked a lot. He was always there day and night to help through the process. We are recommending Hans to all of our family and friends as there is nobody better at customer service! Thank you again Hans for all of your help during this process.
