  i am a retired truck driver (69 years old) and have been doing pilates for an array of injuries about 25 years.My injuries (back,knee, shoulder ,and feet) have given me great incentive to stick with this exercise program.I feel very fortunate to have found Odette because of her in depth knowledge of not only doing the exercises but making sure all aspects of the exercise are done correctly and with full understanding of why it is done that way.Sounds simple but making sure your breathing ,posture and focus are all in align is not simple and you need someone with Odettes expertise to see what you are missing while you try to do these complicated exercises.These are complicated exercises that can need competent supervision and Odette is more than qualified to help.I have worked out in many studios in Mil Valley and others areas and am very happy to have Odette helping me stay reasonably healthy.
