  In response to Bob Heisler’s review, he was paid 100% and on time. Bob has no reason to write this malicious post. The issue came about when Bob’s bill arrived and his fees were double those quoted. A Google search after the fact found others posting similar complaints about Bob’s unethical business practices. Please do a search on the Internet on Bob Heisler to confirm this for yourself. The initial check was temporarily put on hold, despite being a valid check and with the full payment of the double billing. Despite receiving the check Heisler refused to turn over the company’s business records. Mr. Heisler would be advised to act in a more professional matter and stop accusing customers when he clearly operates in a totally unethical manner.
